Titled Chess Coaches in New Hampshire

The New Hampshire Chess Association (NHCA) is the state's USCF affiliate and the organizing body behind most rated play in the state, running the New Hampshire Open, the NH Amateur Championship, the NH Senior Championship, the Queen City Open, and a slate of scholastic events. The New Hampshire Open itself has run for decades and is typically held at the Manchester DoubleTree with sections spanning beginners to experts. National Master Hal Terrie, a longtime NHCA secretary and USCF alternate delegate, has been one of the state's steadiest organizing and coaching presences for years.
