ATLANTA CHESS CLUB NOVEMBER CHAMPIONSHIP

Name: ATLCC MONTHLY CHAMPIONSHIP - $1500 Prize Fund Based on 40 Entries. 4 Round Swiss 1 day USCF-Rated Chess Tournament G/55 inc 5.
Main Event:
Open Section 1st place $500, 2nd Place $200.
Under 1800 Rated Section 1st Place $300, 2nd Place $100.
Under 1400 Rated Section 1st Place $300, 2nd Place $100.
Sections may be combined at Chief TD discretion.
Any player rated 1700 or above may play in Open Section. Any player rated 1300 to 1799 may play in Under 1800 Section. Unrated may play in any section but must obtain a USCF ID. Unrated max prize is $100 unless playing in Open Section.
Schedule: Round 1 @10am, Round 2 @12:10pm, Round 3@3pm, Round 4@5:10pm.
Schedule for Scholastic: 1 @10am , Round2 @11.10am , Round 3@1:00 p.m. and Round@4 : 2.10 p.m. Trophies 3.15 to 3.30 p.m.
Chess sets supplied. Some clocks available but please bring your own clock if possible.
Entry Fee: $40 by 11:59 PM for 1 Week then $50 . Free entry for (W)GM, (W)IM ($50 subtracted from prize).
Entry Fee: $50 by 11:59 PM for 2 weeks then $60 Free entry for (W)GM, (W)IM ($50 subtracted from prize).
Entry Fee: $60 by 11:59 PM Last week Until the Tournament day 9.30 a.m. Free entry for (W)GM, (W)IM ($50 subtracted from prize).
Side Events: Scholastic Sections: For Scholastic $30 for 2 weeks then $35 for 2 weeks until 09:30 am the day of the tournament. Top 3 Trophies in each section.
Byes: 1/2 point byes available any round but must commit before start of round 1. Zero point byes available any round but please confirm with Chief TD Before Round Starts.
