Jacque Mate Chess club

My name is Jason Michael Garcia: I wanted to start another chess club and use chess to bring the Coachella valley community together I would hope to create a welcoming place for children/adults/families/seniors/players from any level to be able to sit across the board and learn from one another while building real connections. Through lessons, casual meetups, youth programs, and local tournaments I hope to make chess more accessible while creating more opportunities for valley players to meet and grow. Location and time is currently a work in progress but I'd hope to have meetups every Saturday anytime between 12pm-6pm at a local coffee shop or recreation center/library
