3RR USCF Quick-rated Quads (similarly rated groups of 4 players)
One 5-6 person Swiss if total number of players not divisble by 4
Round 1 @ 7pm; Rounds 2 & 3 can start as players available to keep games moving. Tournament should be done in 3 hours.
Unrated players placed into groups at TD’s discretion. TD will make best attempt to assess unrated players’ current skill level (based on regular rating, online rating, etc.) and place players into whichever group is deemed most appropriate.
