- Read the message above the puzzle when the board is blocked by a save problem.
- Check your connection and keep the page open while the latest attempt is waiting to save.
- Use Retry save for the offered failed-save recovery. Wait for it to finish before continuing or leaving.
- If the page reports that saved progress changed, choose Reload progress and continue from the latest saved puzzle.
- Check the set's current round after recovery. If the issue continues, contact support with the set link, selected profile, round, and message shown.
After you finish
You continue from confirmed saved progress rather than adding attempts against an outdated round.
