Step by step
- For event rules, section changes, registration cancellations, club dues, or lesson changes, contact the responsible club organizer or coach first.
- For account access, a broken page, or a Chess67 billing issue, email hello@chess67.com.
- Include the relevant page link, account email, intended participant, and a short description of what you expected and what happened.
- For a payment issue, include the order or confirmation reference, amount, and date. For a page problem, include the message shown and your device or browser.
- Attach a screenshot if it helps explain the problem, after removing anything private that is not needed.
