Step by step
- Open the section scoring settings. Choose the scoring system that matches the published event rules.
- Review the points for a win, draw, loss, and each available bye. Special results can have different standings and rating consequences.
- If weighted board scoring is available, review every board weight. Explain those weights to players before the round begins.
- For individual-event team awards, check how many players count toward each team total. A larger team does not have to contribute every player when a top-player limit is set.
- Save the section settings. Once real results are recorded, review the standings and print previews. Competitive team matches use separate match points and board points.
After you finish
The section uses the scoring and bye values you saved. Its standings and print views show the recorded results under those rules.
