Before you start
You need access to the club's member insights. The family must be included in your club's plan allowance.
Step by step
- Open Club Admin → Members and open the person's record.
- Review Family connection and its history. During the family's first 30 days, the badge shows New.
- Open the score explanation to see the activities that contribute. Community participation includes posts, survey responses, comments, replies, and reactions.
- Use the Discussions activity filter to review comments, replies, and reactions. Open an activity's link to see its conversation.
- Allow the next connection refresh to include recent activity or removals before comparing scores.
After you finish
You can understand the family's recorded participation without treating the score as a prediction or a ranking between clubs.
