The Heart of Bunkie Chess Club is dedicated to inspiring chess in the minds of oneself, other members, and the community centered around it. From novice to grandmaster, everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a never ending, forever learning, self enriching game of chess. It is through innovative lessons, travel events, competitive matches and tournaments that we pride ourself on creating an environment filled with problem solvers. Bobby Fischer once said,
"Chess is Life", & that is our central focus towards establishing a chess club that doesn't just know chess, but a club that applies the lessons learned through chess, to better navigate through the journey we call life.
