Sunday Rated Action at StarWizard Chess Castle in Las Vegas.

A weekly rated event open to players of different skill levels, with two sections and flexible pairing formats depending on turnout.

Format

• 2 Sections: 1300+ and U1300
• Time Control: G/25 d5
• Round Robin if 6 or fewer players
• Swiss System if more than 6 players

Entry Fees

• 1300+: $40 early, $45 late
• U1300: $25 early, $30 late

Prizes

• 1300+: 70% of total entry fees paid out
• U1300: Free entry for top finishers
• Additional class prizes may be available

Important Notes

• Unrated players paired together in Round 1
• No cell phones allowed during games
• Refunds only available if requested 24 hours in advance
