Change a member's displayed tier

Use a tier override without mistaking it for a subscription price change.

Go to the right place

Open Club Admin → Groups and the group's member list.
Find the member and use Change tier when the control is available.
Review the current tier and choose the tier override or available option you intend to use.
Read the explanation: forcing a tier changes the tier shown for this member and used by the tier filter. It does not change any payment or start a subscription.
Save and check the member's displayed tier. Review their subscription separately if the requested change also concerns billing.

The roster reflects the saved tier choice while the existing payment arrangement stays unchanged.
