Go to the right place
Step by step
- List the groups your club needs, such as paid members, beginners, volunteers, or a private class.
- Separate being on the club roster from belonging to a particular group. Decide which groups grant access and which require payment.
- Use tiers for choices within the same group, such as different membership options. Use separate groups when access or audiences differ.
- Review each group's browsing, joining, member-list visibility, pricing, and expiration rules.
- Check how a new member joins and how an organizer adds someone manually before inviting people.
After you finish
Your groups reflect the access and billing arrangements you intend, rather than relying on a roster entry alone to show that someone paid.
An organizer's complimentary assignment, an imported membership, and a paid checkout can create different membership and billing outcomes. Check both group access and payment records.
