Set the schedule, format, sections, registration rules, and entry fees.

Open club admin

Before you start

You need permission to manage the club's events and tournaments. Decide the format, dates, time control, sections, and prices first.

Step by step

  1. Open Club Admin → Tournaments and start a new tournament.
  2. Enter the title, description, location, dates, and timezone.
  3. Configure the sections, competition format, time control, rounds, and rating requirements.
  4. Review registration dates, capacity, questions, byes, and payment settings. Assign a ready payment profile for paid entries.
  5. Save the tournament and review the public page and registration choices.
  6. Publish and share the public link when the details are ready.

After you finish

Players can review the published tournament and register for eligible sections.
