Before you start
Create the private group first and sign in with permission to manage members.
Step by step
- Open Club Admin → Groups and find the group.
- Choose Invite for that group, or use the group invitation action on the person's member record.
- Select the intended person and review the group and invitation details.
- Send or share the invitation as offered by the dialog.
- Ask the person to sign in and follow the invitation. Review the group roster after they complete the required join steps.
After you finish
The invited person can use the private group's join flow without opening it to everyone.
