Go to the right place
Step by step
- Review the saved bot's player accounts, dates, and game speeds before starting.
- Practice a line that occurs in the player's available opening games.
- Read the available opening information as you play to understand whether the bot still has relevant history for the position.
- When the game leaves that opening history, expect the chess engine to continue rather than reproducing a known full game.
- If the practice does not match your goal, build another bot with a better-suited history window and speed selection.
After you finish
You understand the bot as opening preparation followed by engine practice, with strength based on its configured match.
The bot does not guarantee the real person will choose the same move, repeat a mistake, or play at the same strength. It also does not recreate their private games.
