Casual Play and Learning

Inside the clubhouse at Pike Run developments. I can provide four boards with pieces. Emphasis will be on foundational and improver courses, tactics, endgame and opening principles, and how to actually think over the board. If individuals want to play on a time increment I have one clock to provide as well. If possible, bring your own equipment but it's not required. The event will end at 8pm, with the first 45 minutes focused on basics if needed and the next half hour on tactical motifs and puzzles. The last 45 minutes will be used for over the board play. This first session is free of charge, subsequent sessions will cost $50 per individual.
