The Iowa State Chess Association is a nonprofit organization devoted exclusively to promoting chess throughout Iowa.
The association supports players, chess clubs, tournament directors, organizers, and scholastic programs across the state. It sponsors and promotes statewide championships, qualifying tournaments, local events, chess clubs, membership opportunities, and the Iowa Chess En Passant publication.
