Before you start
Sign in with the account that pays for the subscription. A linked family subscription may cover several memberships.
Step by step
- Open Account → Orders → Subscriptions.
- Find the club membership and review the member names, status, and paid-through information.
- Use the offered cancellation control or provider billing option.
- Read the confirmation carefully. Canceling a shared renewal affects every membership linked to that subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation and check the updated subscription status and access end date.
After you finish
A confirmed end-of-period cancellation stops future renewal while keeping eligible access through the current paid period, as shown by the subscription.
Canceling renewal does not refund an earlier payment. Ask the club separately if you want a refund.
