- Check the organizer's published cancellation and refund terms.
- Contact the club organizer or coach. Include the activity link, participant's name, payer's name, and what you want changed.
- Ask them to confirm both the refund decision and whether the registration, lesson, or membership access will end.
- Check the updated order or confirmation after they process the request. The bank or payment service determines when a refund appears.
After you finish
The responsible organizer or coach can review your request and explain the purchase's cancellation or refund outcome.
Canceling automatic renewal, withdrawing from an activity, and refunding a payment are different actions. Ask for the outcome you need.
