Step by step
- Sign in with the adult account that made the purchase and open Account → Orders.
- Choose Purchases, Subscriptions, or US Chess depending on what you need.
- Find the purchase and review its details and status. Check the participant or beneficiary as well as the payer.
- Use the available order or billing controls for additional details. Keep the confirmation email if you need to contact the organizer.
- If a purchase is missing, check which account paid and whether checkout completed.
After you finish
You can identify your purchase and its current payment or subscription status.
