Control who can find and join a membership group

Set browsing, joining, and member-list visibility separately.

Go to the right place

You need permission to manage membership groups.

Open Club Admin → Groups and edit the group.
In Details, review Show group when browsing. This controls whether people can discover the group while browsing.
Review Let people join separately. A visible group does not have to allow open joining.
Choose Who can see the member list? according to the privacy you want for the roster.
Save changes and check the group's public or invitation flow. Use a private-group invitation for a person who should receive restricted access.

The group uses your saved discovery, join, and roster visibility settings.
