The story

How the club stays connected

The challenge

Spokane Chess Club needed a way to send regular newsletters and group messages without maintaining separate email lists, while keeping tournament tools accessible to its directors and players.

Their story

The Eastern Washington Open - 2026 had 32 registered players. Craig says the club also sends newsletters and group messages through Chess67, while members use individual messages to keep in touch.

How Chess67 helped

Directors can create and edit tournaments on their own devices without buying separate software, while using Chess67’s advanced automation. Players can join events and see live updates and pairings as soon as they are published.

Results

Craig says players who use the app appreciate those updates. He also values the ownership and support team’s commitment to improving Chess67.
