The story

How their day came together

The challenge

Kyle was comfortable with SwissSys, ChessRegister, and the tools he had used for years. With a busy schedule, he wanted a simpler tournament process, but switching to something new felt like a risk.

Their story

The Marietta Stonehaven Scholastic Oct 2026 brought 40 players together on October 3. Kyle moved registration, pairings, and results exports onto Chess67, where he could manage them together.

How Chess67 helped

Registration, pairings, and exporting results worked together as Kyle expected. Children recorded results on an iPad, and Kyle could reach the Chess67 team directly when he needed help.

Results

Kyle says the switch delivered the simpler process he wanted. Parents praised the professional presentation, children enjoyed entering results, and he valued the team’s quick responses and personal support.

In Kyle's words

“I was nervous about switching to Chess67 since I was so comfortable with the tools I had used for so long (SwissSys, ChessRegister, etc.). But the reality is that my life is very busy, and the opportunity to use a platform that would simplify the tournament process and save time was a welcome one. Thankfully, Chess67 delivered. Not only did everything work as expected, but the integration of registration, pairings, and exporting results was seamless. Many parents commented on how professional everything looked, and the kids really enjoyed tapping the iPad to record results. I'm also very grateful for the individual support I receive from the Chess67 team. I feel that Danny and Carter genuinely care about me and my business, and they are super responsive to any concerns and needs that I have. I highly recommend Chess67!”
