Before you start
You need permission to manage members. Decide whether the person should receive free access or complete the paid join flow.
Step by step
- Open Club Admin → Members or the intended group's member list.
- Use the available group assignment or bulk Add to group controls and select the correct people.
- Choose the destination group and review the eligibility preview and expiration information.
- Read the Complimentary access notice: new or renewed access overrides that group's payment and signup requirements without charging the member.
- Review the notification options, confirm the assignment, and check the resulting group roster.
After you finish
Eligible members receive the reviewed complimentary group access. The action does not create charges or subscriptions, and existing billing stays unchanged.
