Step by step
- Open the source group's member list and select the intended people. Select this page selects the currently shown page, not every member in the club.
- Choose Move to group… and select the destination group. The bulk controls allow up to 100 selections per move.
- Review each person's eligibility, existing destination access, and expiration information. Read any reason a person is skipped.
- Review the complimentary-access and notification notices, then continue with the eligible members.
- Check the results. Use Previous move results or the available retry controls for unfinished items rather than repeating the completed move for everyone.
After you finish
Eligible moves are recorded, and skipped or failed items remain identifiable in the result list.
A bulk move does not rewrite an existing subscription or charge a destination membership fee. Members with billing that requires a different transition may be ineligible for this flow.
