Before you start
Sign in with permission to view the club's payments.
Step by step
- Open Club Admin → Payments → Transactions.
- Use the available search and filters to narrow the list by person, date, purchase, or status.
- Open the transaction or order details and check who paid and what they bought.
- Review the payment status and amounts, including any refunds or remaining balance.
- If you need registration details, also open the corresponding event or tournament's registrations.
After you finish
You can identify the payment and distinguish a completed payment from a pending, unpaid, or refunded one.
