The Georgia Chess Association (GCA) is the official state affiliate of the United States Chess Federation. We serve players of all ages and skill levels from beginners making their first moves to grandmasters competing at the highest levels.
Founded in 1967, the GCA organizes rated tournaments, supports scholastic chess programs across the state, publishes the Georgia Chess magazine, and works to grow the game in every corner of Georgia.
